The hospital is owned by Tourist Medical Assistance Ltd 
(Dr. Spasimir Ivanov, Dr. Georgi Nalbantov), which has for many years been a leader in providing medical assistance to the foreign tourists in Bulgaria.
It is located in Burgas, “Izgrev” Quarter, on Dimiter Dimov Blvd. (Panoramno shoes), 100 meters away from Burgas’ exit to Slanchev brjag.
The hospital’s location – on a central highway, 5 km away of the international airport in Burgas, the availability of a big parking lot, a bus stop and other transport communications, make it easily accessible for transport vehicles. 
The project and realization  of the whole building is in compliance with the requirements of the European standards for functioning of these types of establishments. According to these standards, which are already obligatory in Bulgaria, special attention is paid to the safety, the security and daily comfort of the patients and the personnel of the hospital. For example, the building is constructed to be twice as resistible to earthquakes. Optimal ventilation and air-conditioning are made available in all premises.
In the operating rooms and X-ray wards is maintained highly increased air circulation, which does not allow retention of noxious gas in there; floors in the OR-s have special electrostatic coverage; the floors and the walls in all working premises have antibacterial coverage; the rooms are big and have a private bathroom. 
Two alternatives of the regular electric charging are available. 
A medical centre and a multiprofile hospital for active treatment of patients are also located in the building. 
The medical centre is specialized in: 
General Internal Medicine; Gastroenterology;endocrinology and metabolism diseases;surgery; Orthopaedics&Traumatology;neurosurgery; Urology; Othorhinolaryngology;nervous diseases;cardiology; Rheumatology;Anesthesiology and active treatment of patients;                         clinical laboratory .
The hospital itself is multiprofile. It consists of 4 wards: 
•	Internal diseases  ward; 
•	Surgery ward; 
•	Orthopaedics ward; 
•	Anesthesiology and intensive care ward ;
and an Emergency Center.
In the wards there are units specialized in: cardiology, Gastroenterology, neurology (in the Internal Diseases ward); Othorhinolaryngology, Urology, infant surgery,endoscope  surgery (in the Surgery ward); neurosurgery и physiotherapy with rehabilitation (in the Orthopaedics ward).
The hospital is equipped with multifunctional laboratory for: 
Hematological, biochemical, chormonal, immunological, serological, microbiological, allergic tests and tumor markers- altogether over 600 items;
Pathohystological laboratory;Microbiological laboratory.
CT( computer tomography), X-Ray, Ultrasound, Dopler echograph, Echocardiograph.
The hospital has two OR-s, one of them with a X-ray apparatus of the type С . 
Operative microscope for neurosurgical and microlaryngo operative treatment.

Fibro colonoscopy. The medical equipment is the modern product of renowned firms – Philips, Drаeger, General Electronics, Siemens, Make.
The hospital rooms are mostly double. There are two triple rooms and two VIP single rooms. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioner, TV, telephone, Internet. 
The hospital is multiprofile, patient with any kind of diseases could be treated there. 
Priority will be given to medical services in the field of Orthopaedics –arthroscopy  allopathic ; surgery - general, , plastic-, cardio-, infant-; neuron- and urology.
